About

This self-paced training is an invitation to lead with courage, clarity and compassion. Designed for faith leaders, non-profit leaders and anyone commited to restorative practices, this course guides you through the core prinicples of trauma-informed care and peace-centered leadership. You'll learn how trauma affects individuals and communities - and how to respond with practices that build trust, connection and healing. Together, we will explore how to transform conflict into opportunities for growth, hold space without shame, and reclaim your own humanity as you serve others. Through five concise modules, reflection exercises and guided practices, you'll gain skills you can apply immediately in your work, relationships and community. What's included: - 5 self-paced video lessons (12 - 15 minutes each) - A downloadable workbook with reflection prompts and tools. - A final integration activity or quiz to reinforce your learning. - A certificate of completion in trauma-informed restorative leadership, awarded by Peace & Justice Warriors. - Optional access to 1:1 coaching and group cohorts for deeper support. You will learn to: 1. Understand trauma as a spectrum, not a binary 2. Recognize and respond to triggers with compassion and curiosity 3. Hold restorative conversations that prioritize connection and accountability 4. Practice boundaries without shame or fear 5. Sustain your own peace-centered leadership style in systems and contexts that often harm, re-open or ignore wounds. This course is for faith leaders and spiritual caregivers, nonprofit professionals and community organizers, educators, counselors, and frontline helpers, anyone who wants to build bridges instead of walls or round out their resume.
